During the SFF Mini Symposium in the 2021 the Singapore FinTech Festival, the Monetary Authority of Singapore together with the Singapore FinTech Association announced the winners of the Global FinTech Awards.
AMTD has been widely recognised as a key contributor to the FinTech community regionally, with a number of its executives winning the individual achievement awards as well as corporate awards, making it undeniably a grand slam for AMTD.
Firstly, Dr. Calvin Choi, Chairman of AMTD Group, has once again won the “Top 10 FinTech Leaders” award, a recognition he has received for the 3rd consecutive year.
Mr. Mark Lo, CEO of AMTD Digital and Group Vice President of AMTD Group, won the “ASEAN FinTech Leaders” award.
Ms. Val Yap, CEO of AMTD PolicyPal, won the “Top 10 FinTech Leaders” award as well, further confirming her work and contribution in the insurtech space. Together with Dr. Choi, AMTD secured two seats amongst the “Top 10 FinTech Leaders” award category.
On the corporate level, AMTD Group was awarded as the best “Knowledge Enterprise” award, while AMTD Digital was awarded as the best “Partner of FinTech” award.
